The Black light service call fee is ONLY charged IF a seperate/additional trip is needed to find and mark the stains the night before treatment.This only occurs in severe pet damaged properties that are too bright during the day to use a black light. We attempt to find, mark and treat all in the same trip to avoid this fee.
